Chef Sajan, originally from Nepal, is truly passionate about his craft. He started young in brasseries and restaurants, mastering the basics of Belgian-French cuisine. In 2016, he transitioned to Japanese cuisine and immediately knew he had found his true passion. Quality, flavor, presentation, technique, and freshness are his top priorities. With years of experience and a blend of both culinary worlds, he took the leap to start his own restaurant—right in the middle of a pandemic. Despite two lockdowns, he made his dream a reality. His eight years of expertise in Asian cuisine shine through in every dish!
